1 Year Standard Full Warranty
Under the 1 year full warranty repairs will be made including the return of the water ionizer to the customer at no expense. Your water ionizer will also be replaced with a new unit if needed within 1 years date of purchase. Bawell Water LLC will cover the cost of shipment from the customer’s location to Bawell Water LLC for USA residents. Canadian residents will need to pay their own shipment cost to Bawell Water LLC however Bawell Water LLC will pay the cost of return shipment to Canadian Customers. The cost of repair including parts and labor are covered for both USA and Canadian residents.
5 Year Limited Warranty:
Bawell Water LLC will cover the labor cost required to make the repair. The customer is required to cover the cost of the replacement part.
