The item must be returned undamaged and with all of the accessories, of course. If you do want to return a product, we ask that you please call us in advance at 1-877-673-5671 before mailing. All our KYK water ionizers come with a five year parts and labor warranty. This means if anything goes wrong with your unit that isn’t caused by abuse or misuse, return it to us and we’ll fix it for you at no charge. We’ll even pay for shipping.
